Western Sydney incinerator plume animations

Animations are created by modelling the incinerator plume every hour during a period of time, using historical weather data from a weather station local to the incinerator. The plume is modelled in the same way as the live plume plot. Here is a description of how it works.

Unlike the live plume plot, animations are based on historical weather data from the Horsley Park weather station, with pressure from the Bankstown Airport weather station, and cloud cover added from the ERA dataset.
